Hey guys, a relatively brief blog entry for today. As implied with the F-Zero article, I have a backlog of games that borders on ridiculous. So I figured it would be fun to use the next few days to document my futile attempt to actually PLAY the games I buy. So, this week my game of choice will be:
Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs The Soulless Army is a game that I actually played through a bit but I actually stopped around halfway for some strange reason I can't recall. Anyways, it's been so long that I forgot what it even was about so I'm starting the game over and hopefully I intend to finish it this time! The main reason I'm going to finish this? It's simply because I bought the sequel: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon around 2 years ago and it's still wrapped doomed to never be played...ever...or will it?!
For those who never heard of these games, it's like the Pokemon series in that you fight and catch monsters (called demons in this game, that are actually based on various religious/mythological creatures) and you fight alongside them solving mysteries and other shit. All I remember plot-wise is that it takes place in 1920's Japan, and Rasputin trolls you a couple of times...
This game will take 30 to 40 hours if I speed through it, but most likely longer since I like to dawdle like a jackass with games like these. At any rate, let's try to clear a chapter a day! Later!
